At Ulyvex, we stand behind our men's clothing and want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility and Conditions To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items may be tried on, but must not show signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, odors, stains, or alterations).
- Include original packaging and accessories where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Return Process
- Contact us at help@ulyvex.com with your order number and reason for the return (e.g., size issue, defect, or change of mind).
- We'll review and provide return instructions, including a return shipping label if eligible (see below).
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- For changes of mind or fit issues: Customer pays return shipping.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Ulyvex covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label.
Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Allow extra time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or card issuer to process the credit. Exchanges are processed as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items Due to hygiene and health reasons, the following are final sale and non-returnable:
- Underwear, socks, or any intimate apparel once worn or packaging opened.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact help@ulyvex.com within 30 days with photos. We'll arrange a full refund, replacement, or repair at no extra cost, including return shipping.
